At Greytip Software, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for payments made through the greytHR online payment system.

1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:

• If there was no outstanding amount pending at the time of payment.
• If the payment made exceeds the outstanding dues.

2. Non-Refundable Payments

A refund will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• If the payment was made towards a valid pending invoice.
• If the payment was made for a service that has already been consumed.

3. Refund Request Process

If you believe your payment qualifies for a refund under the above conditions, please follow the steps below:

• Raise a Support Query on the integrated Support system. If unable to access it, send an email to gopayments@greytip.com with:
• Payment receipt or transaction reference number.
• Invoice details (if applicable).
• Reason for the refund request.
• Our team will review your request and verify records.
• If eligible, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• The time taken depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.

4. Refund Fees

For normal refunds, the payment gateway does not charge any processing fee. However, the transaction fee and GST levied at the time of payment capture will not be reversed. An email notification will be sent once the refund is successfully processed.
